What is Glyco Reset? The basics
No question matches. Try another word, or call the order desk.
What is Glyco Reset?
An apple cider vinegar liquid drop sold as a dietary supplement in a 2 oz (60 mL) amber dropper bottle. The front label reads "GLYCO RESET+" and "Health Supplement*".
Who makes Glyco Reset?
The front label says "By Ovicia" and shows no address or phone. This website is run by a U.S. stocking partner, not the maker. Check the back of your bottle for the company's address.
Is Glyco Reset legit or a scam?
It is a real, labeled product with an order-support phone line and a 60-day money-back window. Weak spots: no Supplement Facts panel in our photos, vinegar far below trial doses, and look-alike sites.
Is Glyco Reset a drug?
No. It is a dietary supplement, so the FDA did not review it before sale (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements). It does not treat, prevent or reverse diabetes or prediabetes.
Why does the bottle say Glyco Reset+ with a plus sign?
Most current photos show "GLYCO RESET+". One older pack photo shows "Glyco Reset" with the line "Supports healthy glucose utilization*". Both appear to be the same drops.
Has Glyco Reset been tested in a clinical trial?
No published trial of Glyco Reset exists. Studies cover apple cider vinegar at 13.75 to 30 mL a day (Arjmandfard 2025 ACV meta-analysis (T2D)) and apple pectin at gram doses, not this product.
Ingredients
What is in Glyco Reset, and how much sugar?
The brand names six ingredients. Our label photos give names only, without amounts.
Which ingredients are listed for Glyco Reset?
Six, in this order: apple cider vinegar, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and sodium citrate. Our photos show names but no amounts.
Does Glyco Reset have sugar in it?
Yes. Pure cane sugar is the third named ingredient, so it contains added sugar. The grams per serving are not in our photos; check the panel on your bottle.
How many grams of sugar will Glyco Reset add to my day?
Unknown from our photos. If you count carbohydrates, read the Sugars line on your bottle. The FDA Daily Value for added sugars is 50 g (FDA: Added sugars on the label).
Is a Glyco Reset bottle mostly vinegar?
We cannot tell. Vinegar is listed first, which usually means the largest share, but water comes second and no amounts are printed in our photos. Either way, a bottle holds less than 60 mL of vinegar.
What do citric acid and sodium citrate do in the drops?
They are common food additives that set and steady the acidity. Both are GRAS and usually factory-made (eCFR: citric acid (21 CFR 184.1033)) (eCFR: sodium citrate (21 CFR 184.1751)). Neither is studied for blood sugar.
Is Glyco Reset vegan and gluten free?
None of the six named ingredients comes from animals or contains gluten. No certifier is named for the brand's vegetarian or gluten-free badges, and no allergen test is published.
Blood sugar
Does Glyco Reset work for blood sugar, and is it safe with diabetes medicine?
Is there proof Glyco Reset drops work?
No study of the drops themselves has been published. Vinegar trials found fasting blood sugar about 22 mg/dL lower at 13.75 to 30 mL a day (Arjmandfard 2025 ACV meta-analysis (T2D)); a bottle holds 2 to 4 days of that at most.
Will my A1C drop if I use Glyco Reset?
Nothing shows that it will. Even the vinegar trials rated their A1C result as low certainty (Arjmandfard 2025 ACV meta-analysis (T2D)). Ask your doctor about your A1C target; about 7% is common (ADA: Understanding A1C).
Is it okay to use Glyco Reset alongside metformin?
Only after your doctor or pharmacist agrees. WebMD notes vinegar's medicine interactions are not fully understood (WebMD: Apple cider vinegar monograph). Keep taking metformin as prescribed.
What should insulin users know before trying Glyco Reset?
Speak with your prescriber before the first serving. Vinegar may lower potassium in people on insulin (Mayo Clinic: apple cider vinegar). Never change your insulin dose on your own.
Can Glyco Reset replace my diabetes medicine?
No. NCCIH says it is very important not to replace diabetes treatment with an unproven product (NCCIH: Diabetes and Dietary Supplements). Keep every medicine as prescribed.
Will Glyco Reset help with prediabetes?
No study shows that. About 38% of U.S. adults have prediabetes (NIDDK: What Is Diabetes?). Food, activity and regular tests with your doctor are the proven steps.
Directions
How do you take Glyco Reset drops?
How do you take Glyco Reset drops?
Follow the serving on your bottle's label, using the dropper. Stir each serving into a glass of water, then rinse your mouth with plain water. See how to use.
Why should each Glyco Reset serving go into water?
To protect your mouth and throat. Vinegar is acidic, and undiluted vinegar has injured the throat (Chang 2020: corrosive esophageal injury from vinegar drink) and wears tooth enamel (Willershausen: vinegar and enamel erosion). Rinse with plain water afterward.
What time of day should I take Glyco Reset?
No time of day appears in our photos. Many people pick a meal they never skip so they remember. Follow any timing printed on your bottle.
How many days does one Glyco Reset bottle last?
It depends on the serving size on your label, which our photos do not show. Count the servings on the back of your bottle rather than trusting a days figure.
Can I take more Glyco Reset than the label says?
No. More vinegar means more acid on teeth and throat and more added sugar. Trials gave doses far above one bottle, but they do not make a bigger serving safe.
How long should I try Glyco Reset before judging it?
Within the 60-day money-back window from purchase. Write down how you feel and your usual readings each week, and share them with your doctor.
Safety
Is Glyco Reset safe? Side effects and who should ask first
What are the side effects of Glyco Reset?
Possible effects come from vinegar: upset stomach, reflux, throat irritation and tooth enamel wear (Mayo Clinic: apple cider vinegar) (WebMD: Apple cider vinegar monograph). Stop and see a doctor if you have throat pain or trouble swallowing.
Can Glyco Reset hurt my teeth?
It can if taken undiluted. Lab tests show vinegars erode enamel (Willershausen: vinegar and enamel erosion). Mix each serving into water and rinse after; wait before brushing.
Does the vinegar in Glyco Reset clash with diuretics?
Ask your doctor first. Vinegar may lower potassium with diuretics (Mayo Clinic: apple cider vinegar), and low potassium can cause cramps or dangerous heart rhythms (MedlinePlus: Low blood potassium).
Is Glyco Reset safe during pregnancy?
No safety data exist for this product in pregnancy or nursing. Ask your doctor or midwife before using it.
Could Glyco Reset make my blood sugar drop too low?
No data show that on its own. If you take insulin or a sulfonylurea, watch for shaking, sweating or confusion; under 70 mg/dL is low and needs quick sugar (CDC: Low Blood Sugar).
Who should check with a doctor before using Glyco Reset?
Anyone who takes diabetes medicine, water pills or heart medicine, or has kidney disease, reflux or enamel problems. Pregnancy needs a doctor's okay too.
