How much vinegar does each pack hold compared with trial doses?
Price is only half of value. The other half is how much of the studied ingredient you receive. Trials of apple cider vinegar in type 2 diabetes used 13.75 to 30 mL a day for 4 to 12 weeks (Arjmandfard 2025 ACV meta-analysis (T2D)). The table counts each whole pack as if every drop were vinegar. It is not, because water, cane sugar, apple pectin and two food acids share the bottle.
