Glyco Reset Ingredients List: 6 Names and What to Check for Each
Glyco Reset ingredients are six named items, in this label order: apple cider vinegar, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and sodium citrate. No amount for any of them appears in our label photos, and no caffeine is listed. Each name gets one plain check below, so you know what it does, whether it was studied, and what to read on your own bottle.

Key facts
Key facts: what does the ingredient list tell you?
- Six names, no blend name, no herbs or stimulants among them.
- Order on the label: apple cider vinegar, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate.
- Ingredient lists run from the largest part to the smallest, so vinegar leads and sodium citrate trails.
- Amounts, serving size and sugar grams: not published in our photos.
- Only two of the six, vinegar and pectin, have been studied for a health effect, and both at amounts a dropper cannot hold.
- "Other ingredients": not shown in our photos.
At a glance
What are the six names, in one table?
| # | Ingredient | Likely job | Studied for health? | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Apple cider vinegar | The active-style ingredient and the acid | Yes, in small trials, at tablespoon doses | Not published |
| 2 | Purified water | Liquid base that thins the vinegar | No, not an active | Not published |
| 3 | Pure cane sugar | Sweetens the sour taste | No benefit claimed | Not published |
| 4 | Apple pectin | Soluble fiber, may thicken | Yes, at gram doses for cholesterol | Not published |
| 5 | Citric acid | Tartness and steady acidity | No, a food additive | Not published |
| 6 | Sodium citrate | Acid buffer | No, a food additive | Not published |
A column of "not published" is the real finding. Everything below works around that gap.
Check 1
Vinegar: is the dose known?
Apple cider vinegar is fermented apple juice, and its sour part is acetic acid. It leads the list, so it is the largest single part of the liquid. How large is not printed in any photo.
The research is real but modest. A 2025 review pooled 7 trials with 463 adults who had type 2 diabetes and found fasting blood sugar about 22 mg/dL lower at 13.75 to 30 mL a day over 4 to 12 weeks (Arjmandfard 2025 ACV meta-analysis (T2D)). A whole bottle is 60 mL, and not all of it is vinegar.
Read your panel for an amount per serving. If it gives none, that is itself useful to know. Also remember the acid: it can wear enamel, so every serving goes in water (Mayo Clinic: apple cider vinegar).
Check 2
Water: what does second place mean?
Purified water is second, which means it is the next biggest part of the bottle. The vinegar is therefore diluted before you dilute it again at home.
This matters for the bottle math. If you imagine a bottle that is half vinegar, it would hold about 30 mL of vinegar, which is one day at the top trial dose. That is an illustration of what list order can mean, not a label fact.
Water has no studied health role here. It is the carrier. The check is simple: if a page claims the drops are "pure vinegar", the list says otherwise.

Cane sugar: how many grams?
Pure cane sugar is ordinary table sugar, and the FDA counts it as added sugar (FDA: Added sugars on the label). Its likely job is taste, since vinegar alone is harsh.
The grams per serving are not in our photos, and that is the one missing number that matters most to people who count carbohydrates. Look at the sugars line on your panel and add it to your daily log.
The word pure describes where the sugar comes from. It does not make it a health food. For limits, see the FDA, AHA and CDC figures in our dosage post.
Check 4
Apple pectin: could a dropper hold a study dose?
Pectin is a soluble fiber from apples. It is what sets jam. In a 2012 trial, pectin at 6 or 15 grams a day lowered LDL cholesterol for some pectin types, and that was a cholesterol result, not a blood sugar one (Brouns 2012: pectin and LDL cholesterol).
A bottle weighs about 60 grams in total, counting all six ingredients. Grams of pectin per day for weeks would outweigh the bottle many times. So the pectin in the drops is most likely a small amount, perhaps there for texture.
The label photos do not say which pectin type is used, and the type changed the result in that trial. Adults are advised to eat 21 to 38 grams of fiber a day, mostly from food (Mayo Clinic: Dietary fiber).
Check 5
Citric acid: why add more acid?
Citric acid is the sour acid found in lemons and limes, though factory citric acid is usually made by fermentation. The federal rules list yeasts and the mold Aspergillus niger as sources (eCFR: citric acid (21 CFR 184.1033)).
Here it likely adds a bright tartness and keeps the acidity steady, so the liquid tastes the same from the first serving to the last. It is a long-used food additive with GRAS status, and it has no studied blood sugar role.
The check for you is your teeth. Both vinegar and citric acid are acids, so dilute, rinse and wait before brushing.
Check 6
Sodium citrate: how much sodium?
Sodium citrate is citric acid with sodium attached. It is a buffer, which softens swings in acidity, and it is also affirmed as GRAS for food use (eCFR: sodium citrate (21 CFR 184.1751)).
It is last on the list, so the amount is probably small. But probably is not a number, and the sodium per serving is not in our photos. If your doctor limits sodium because of heart, kidney or blood pressure problems, check the panel or call the order desk first.
One brand badge says 100% natural ingredients. Citric acid and sodium citrate are usually made in factories, and natural is not a safety standard, so we do not repeat the badge as fact.
Not on the list
What is not in Glyco Reset?
Shoppers often ask about herbs and minerals sold in other blood sugar products. None of these is among the six named ingredients:
- Cinnamon, berberine or chromium
- Bitter melon or gymnema
- Caffeine or any stimulant
- A hidden proprietary blend
The bitter melon, cinnamon, ginger and rosemary in one brand photo are styling props. If you take another blood sugar product, ask your doctor before adding vinegar drops, because supplements and diabetes medicines can interact (NCCIH: Diabetes and Dietary Supplements).
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What are the ingredients in Glyco Reset?
Six, in this order: apple cider vinegar, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and sodium citrate. Our label photos give names only, with no amounts.
Does Glyco Reset contain berberine, cinnamon or chromium?
No. None of the three is among the six named ingredients. The herbs shown in one brand photo are props, not ingredients.
Is there more vinegar than water in Glyco Reset?
By list order, yes, since vinegar comes first and water second. How much more is not printed anywhere we can see. Either way, a bottle holds less than 60 mL of vinegar.
Is Glyco Reset vegan or gluten free?
None of the six named ingredients comes from animals or contains gluten. The brand badges for vegetarian and gluten free name no certifier, and no allergen test is published.
Does Glyco Reset have caffeine?
No ingredient on the list is caffeine or a stimulant. Any change in energy you notice cannot be explained by the six names.
Where can I see the full formula with amounts?
On the Supplement Facts box on your own bottle, which should list the serving size and amounts. If the amounts are not there, the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 can tell you what to expect.
Bottom line
Our view
The formula is short and familiar, which is a point in its favor. You can read every name and know what it is. The weak side is the lack of amounts, the added sugar and the gap between the vinegar in one bottle and the vinegar in trials.
Use the six checks as a reading guide for your own bottle, not as a verdict on the drops. A dietary supplement is not FDA approved, and the list alone cannot tell you what it will do for you.
